This policy explains what is and isn’t allowed on JustFans. It is part of your agreement with us. Violating this Acceptable Use Policy may result in your content or account being disabled.
Terms used in this policy have the same meaning as in our Terms of Use.
Please never use JustFans in any way that includes or promotes the following:
- Individuals under the age of 18, or individuals in explicit content who are over 18 but have not completed our creator onboarding process or have not submitted a valid consent form.
- Illegal activities, including actual, simulated, or staged content involving the exploitation, abuse, or harm of minors; incest; bestiality (sex with animals); necrophilia (sex with corpses); rape; or sexual assault.
- Prohibited items, such as weapons or drugs, shown or used in a way that could cause harm to yourself or others.
- Hateful behavior, such as attacks against others based on their origin, ethnicity, nationality, caste, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, disability, illness, or age.
- Abuse or harassment, such as stalking, doxxing (sharing personal information), defamation, sharing intimate images without consent, deepfakes or manipulated content, and other unauthorized disclosures.
- Violence or harm, such as prohibited roleplay, dangerous use of objects, lack of explicit consent, extreme violence, unrestricted bondage depictions, or content that depicts or promotes suicide.
- Prohibited bodily fluids, such as urine or feces.
- False or misleading information, such as inaccurate descriptions of content or accounts.
- Explicit images of other people without their consent, even if they were artificially generated (e.g., by AI).
- Public nudity, meaning explicit acts in locations that are publicly accessible or where others are likely to witness them – this also applies to profile pictures or banners.
- Prohibited cyber activities, such as spamming, sharing someone else’s personal data, linking to external media storage, referencing websites outside of just.fans that violate our rules, or any form of interference with or manipulation of our software, hardware, or networks.
- Copying content, such as scraping, downloading, sharing, or collecting information from just.fans or other creators – for any reason whatsoever.
- In-person meetings that are used to facilitate transactions other than creator interactions.
- Prohibited commercial activities, such as the sale of regulated or banned products, creating the impression that just.fans officially endorses you or your content, or infringing on third-party copyrights or trademarks.
