Complaints policy

By using this website, you agree to this policy. Please read it carefully.

1. Introduction

This policy is part of your agreement with us. When you submit a complaint, we will follow the procedures outlined in this policy.

Here are a few important points:

  • By submitting a complaint, you confirm that the information you provided is accurate and complete. This policy explains how we handle complaints related to:
  • the enforcement of our Terms of Service,
  • content on JustFans that may be illegal or violate our Terms of Service,
  • as well as compliance with legal regulations.

This policy does not apply to complaints about content or account moderation decisions or copyright violations.

2. Contact Information

JustFans is operated by ZVN Digital Limited, a limited liability company registered in Ireland. Our company registration number is IE787215. The registered office is located in Ireland.

3. Interpretation

Unless otherwise explicitly defined in this policy, terms shall have the definitions as set out in the Terms of Service, which also apply to this policy.

4. Complaints about content moderation decisions

We moderate content in accordance with our Terms of Service. If you wish to file a complaint against a decision – for example, because:

  • a piece of content was disabled,
  • your account was deactivated, or
  • you received a final warning,

you must complete the JustFans deactivation complaint form. Appeals against moderation decisions – such as the removal of content, account suspension, or a ban because we believe you have violated laws – are subject to our Appeals Policy.

5. Complaints about copyright infringement

Complaints about suspected copyright infringements are subject to our DMCA Takedown Policy.

6. Here's how you can file a complaint on other topics.

You can submit a complaint through the following methods:

  • via our contact form: Select the reason for your complaint from the dropdown menu and describe the issue in the 'Message' field;
  • via the 'Report' function on the relevant content page: Select the appropriate reason for your complaint there as well;
  • via email to supportdotjustfans.io (adjust the address if necessary);
  • by mail to: ZVN Digital Limited

Please provide enough information for us to review your complaint – for example, relevant URLs or screenshots. If essential information is missing, we may not be able to process your complaint fully.

7. Here's how we will review your complaint:

When you submit a complaint, we proceed as follows:

  • We review the relevant information and any evidence or documents you have provided to us.
  • If necessary, we will request additional information from you or third parties to fully evaluate your complaint.
  • We will process your complaint to the best of our knowledge and belief, while complying with all legal deadlines.
  • If your complaint relates to content on JustFans and we determine that the content significantly violates our Terms of Service, we will remove it.
  • You will receive a notification from us once our review is complete – including information about the actions we have taken as a result of your complaint.

If we conclude that the reported content complies with our Terms of Service, we will not remove it. In this case, you have the option to appeal our decision – as described in our Appeals Policy.

8. Abuse of the complaint process

We do not tolerate abuse of our complaint process. Complaints that are made in bad faith, abusively, harassing, or with the intent to harm others are not permitted. If you are a JustFans user and submit a baseless or abusive complaint, we reserve the right to terminate your account.

9. Consumer Dispute Resolution in the EU / EEA

If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA), you can – but are not required to – seek consumer dispute resolution via the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform to resolve a dispute with us. Please note: JustFans is not obliged to participate in an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure – except in a few legally required exceptional cases.

10. Regulatory Complaints under the DSA (EU / EEA)

If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA) and notice a violation of the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) while using JustFans, you have the right to contact the relevant Digital Services Coordinating Authority in your country of residence. Additionally, you can also file a complaint directly with us under this complaint policy and, if necessary, appeal our decision through our Appeals Policy.

11. Regulatory Complaints

JustFans is regulated in the United Kingdom by Ofcom and the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), and in Australia by the eSafety Commissioner. If you reside in Australia, you can contact eSafety to report concerns related to the safe use of technology. For more information, visit: https://www.esafety.gov.au.

12. Breach of Contract under the Online Safety Act (UK)

Users in the United Kingdom have the right to file breach of contract claims against us – particularly if we violate our Terms of Service, such as by: removing your content or restricting access to it, or suspending or banning you from using JustFans.

13. Your Legal Rights

These provisions do not affect your legal rights.
