ZVN Digital Limited is the owner and operator of JustFans – a social platform for sharing and monetizing content. JustFans enables: (i) creators to share their own content and earn money from it (as well as view and subscribe to content from other creators); and (ii) fans to subscribe to and view content from creators.



Which cookies we use on JustFans:



We use the following types of cookies:

  • Necessary Cookies These cookies are necessary for you to use JustFans – for example, to log in, stay logged in (if you wish), remember your language settings, and ensure the security of the platform (including protection against fraud).
  • Non-essential CookiesWith your consent, we also use non-essential cookies. These help us, for example, to identify referring users and recruited creators as part of our referral program (in accordance with our Terms of Service).


We currently do not use cross-site tracking technologies and do not sell your personal data. We also do not share your data for behavioral advertising across different contexts. All personal data processed in connection with cookies is subject to our Privacy Policy.



1. What are cookies?



Cookies are small text files or snippets of code that are stored locally on your device. They allow us – and possibly our third-party providers – to recognize your browser or device or 'remember' certain settings. In some cases, they also store information about your device or browser settings to, for example, provide you with a better user experience.



2. How long are cookies stored on my device?



  • Session-Cookies:These cookies are stored only for the duration of your browser session. Once you close the browser, the cookie is automatically deleted.
  • Persistent Cookies:These cookies remain stored on your device for a set period of time – often between 90 days and 2 years, depending on the application. They are not deleted when you close the browser

3. Welche Cookies verwenden wir – und warum?



Notwendige Cookies (Essential Cookies): Whether a session or persistent cookie is used often depends on your settings. For example, if you select the 'Remember for 30 days' option when logging into JustFans, your two-factor authentication status will be stored in a persistent cookie for 30 days to remember the device you used to log in.



If you disable, delete, or block these cookies in your browser (e.g., via a browser extension), it may cause JustFans – or certain features on JustFans – to not work properly or not work at all.



Non-essential Cookies: We currently offer a referral program. Existing JustFans creators can use a personal referral code to invite new people to the platform who wish to become creators as well. The referral program is subject to the Referral Program Terms in our Terms of Service. Any reward payments will be calculated and limited according to these terms.



In order to technically associate a referral, we use certain non-essential cookies that allow us to recognize the referring user and the referred creator. If you wish to participate in the referral program, both the referring user and the referred creator must consent to the use of non-essential cookies. Without this consent, we cannot recognize the referral and will not be able to pay out referral rewards. If you disable, delete, or block these cookies, it may also result in us being unable to technically associate referrals.



How can I manage cookies or adjust my decision?



Accept or decline non-essential cookies. We only set non-essential cookies (e.g., for the referral program) if you select 'Accept All' in the cookie banner on your first visit to JustFans.



Manage Cookies. You can set in your device or browser settings (or with an appropriate browser add-on) whether you want to disable, block, or delete individual or all cookies. You can also set up notifications to be alerted when a new cookie is set.
